Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Deals by Broker ("we", "us") handles when you visit dealsbybroker.com or contact us, why we handle it, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Deals by Broker, based in Cyprus. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you contact us by email, Telegram, Instagram or Discord, we receive your name or username, your contact details and the content of your messages.
- Your broker account ID. If you send us your broker account ID so we can confirm your registration through our link and give you access to our private channel, we keep that ID and the related messages.
- Referral information from brokers. When you open an account through our partner link, the broker may share limited referral information with us, such as your account ID, country, whether the account is active, and deposit or trading volume totals used to calculate our commission. We never receive your passwords, identity documents or payment card details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
No cookies, analytics or ad trackers. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. The prices shown in the page background are illustrative and are generated in your browser; nothing about your visit is stored by that feature.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your messages and help you with an offer: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take.
- To confirm referrals, give access to our community channels and calculate commissions owed to us by brokers: performance of our arrangement with you and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that process data for us: Netlify (website hosting), Zoho (email, EU data centre) and Google (web fonts).
- Messaging platforms you choose to contact us on: Telegram, Instagram (Meta) and Discord. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle your data.
- Brokers such as Exness and YWO. When you register with a broker, the broker is a separate, independent controller of your data under its own privacy policy. We only exchange the referral information described above.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some providers, such as Netlify and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Messages and contact details: up to 24 months after our last conversation.
- Referral and commission records: as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, up to 6 years.
- Hosting logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period according to its own retention settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the authority in the country where you live.
8. Age
Our website and offers are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
